"Pretty solid quality for the price"
I’ve ordered from cleo a few times now, the clothes have been good quality overall. I think other customers would probably appreciate that the tops wash well and don’t lose their shape quickly, especially for the price. I did have one pair of pants fit a little differently than I expected, but they were still wearable, so not a huge issue. Shipping was fine too. I’d give it 4 stars because the quality has been mostly reliable.

"Everything came fine"
I ordered a few tops from Cleo and it all showed up the way I picked it, so no issues there. The sizes and colours were right, which is always the main thing with this kind of order. Shipping was okay, not especially quick or anything, but it got here fine. The only thing was the tracking could’ve updated a bit better, since that part was kind of vague. Overall though, I’m happy with it...

"Nice fit, just longer sleeves than I expected"
I ordered my usual size and it fits well overall. Compared to similar tops I own, the body fit feels right, but the sleeves run a bit longer on me than I’d like. Not a big deal though, I’m still happy with it and will definitely wear it.

"Cute at first, but maybe not built to last"
I’ve picked up a few tops from Cleo they look really nice when they’re new. The fit and styles are cute, so I was happy at first. After a few washes though, they started getting a bit stretched out and didn’t sit the same anymore. They’re not awful or anything, but for what they cost, I kind of thought I’d get a little more wear out of them.

"Surprisingly quick help when I actually needed it"
I had a question about my order and Cleo got back to me quickly, which was a nice change. The reply was clear, they fixed the issue without turning it into some whole ordeal, and I didn’t have to chase anyone down for once. So yeah, I appreciated that.

I ordered a few clothes from cleo.ca and they did arrive, so no real issue there. The shipping just felt a little slower than I expected, and the tracking didn’t update until late. Not saying it’s a scam, but I definitely would’ve liked a bit more communication and a faster delivery time

"Easy exchange, just wish the online info was clearer"
I had to exchange a top for a different size, and it was smooth. The staff was helpful, and I wasn’t stuck waiting forever, which I’m sure other customers would appreciate too. My only small complaint is that the online instructions could be a bit clearer so people know what to expect before going in.

I mostly end up shopping here when I get the feeling there’s a good sale going on. The regular prices just seem a little high to me, so I usually trust my gut and wait. The sale deals can be solid, but the good sizes disappear fast. Overall, it’s fine, not terrible, not amazing, just okay.

I’ve ordered from cleo.ca a few times now, and overall I’ve been happy with the value, especially when they have a sale on. I picked up a few tops and some work pants, and while they’re not super high-end or anything, the quality has been perfectly decent for what I paid.

Shipping was also fine, nothing especially fast or fancy, but it arrived without any issues. For everyday clothes that I’ll actually get use out of, I feel like I got my money’s worth

I had to send back a couple of things from my cleo.ca order, it was a lot easier than I expected. The instructions were simple to follow, and I didn’t have to contact anyone or deal with any hassle. I just dropped the items off and got my refund quickly after that. Since I shop online a lot, easy returns are a big deal for me. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Great for work, though the pants fit a little odd"
I’ve worn these on a few office days now and overall I really like them. The tops look polished and feel easy to wear through the day, which is exactly what I needed for work. My only issue is the pants sizing, they fit a bit weird compared to what I expected. Still, the pieces have been useful in my work wardrobe.
